• New AS41 crankcase suitable for both beetle and camper

• New twin port cylinder heads complete with valves

• New 1641 Barrels and pistons

• New 69mm balanced crank

• New Engle 110 camshaft and alloy drive wheel

• New Mahle engine bearings

• New heavy duty oil pump

• New heavy duty cam followers

• New silicone rear main oil seal

Work undertaken includes:

• All components cleaned and checked for tolerances

• Pistons balanced

• Cubic capacity checked and matched to all four cylinders

• Assembly lube used to prevent initial start up wear

• Connecting rods balanced

• Gaskets sealed to prevent oil leaks
